This policy describes the current website data flows for SSS Auto Repair at 2815 N Sheffield Ave, Chicago, IL 60657. It should be reviewed whenever the site's forms, analytics, scheduling provider, or other integrations change.
Information you choose to provide
Information depends on how you contact the shop and which fields you complete. It may include your name, phone number, email address, vehicle information, service concern, appointment preferences, and message.
- Contact and estimate requests: the contact and auto-body request forms are embedded from LeadConnector. Information entered in those frames is submitted to LeadConnector and made available to the shop through that service.
- Online scheduling: booking buttons open an AutoLeap scheduling page in a new tab. Information entered there is submitted to AutoLeap and the shop's AutoLeap account.
- Review submissions: the website review form sends the name, optional neighborhood and service, rating, review text, and publication permission you provide to a first-party PHP endpoint. The endpoint emails the submission to the shop. Submitting feedback does not guarantee that it will be published.
- Email-update requests: the newsletter form sends your name, email address, and consent selection to a first-party PHP endpoint, which emails the signup request to the shop.
- Calls and email: information you provide by telephone or email is handled through the applicable phone or email service, outside the website forms.
Analytics, cookies, and interaction data
The site uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4). Google may receive information such as the pages viewed, approximate location derived from network information, browser and device details, referrer, and interactions with site links or buttons. The site also measures interactions such as phone, booking, contact, directions, review, and external reservation link clicks.
GA4 and embedded third-party services may use cookies or similar browser technologies under their own policies. The first-party review and newsletter handlers may set short-lived session cookies used to limit repeated submissions.
How information is used
Information may be used to respond to requests, discuss scheduling or service, process review and email-update submissions, operate the website, measure site use and conversion interactions, and address misuse or technical problems.
Service providers and external services
Website information is processed by the services involved in the path you choose. Current integrations include Google Analytics, LeadConnector contact and estimate forms, AutoLeap scheduling, the site's web host and email delivery path for first-party form submissions, and linked services such as Google Maps and U-Haul.
Third parties control their own collection, use, retention, security, and disclosure practices. Retention
